Pallet Vision ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit palletvision.com or portal.palletvision.com.

- Identity Data: Name, job title, and company name.
- Contact Data: Email address and phone number provided via contact forms.

- Information collected during purchase: When you begin a purchase on our portal, we collect the contact information you provide (name and email address) together with details of your intended purchase (selected plan, billing cycle, hardware options, quantity, and quoted price). We collect this information even if you do not complete your purchase.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
- Improve our website and user experience.
- If you begin but do not complete a purchase, follow up about your order, answer questions, and help you complete your purchase. You may opt out of this contact at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
