WHAT YOU'RE PILOTING
The system that automatically scores and documents every load.
PalletVision is a camera-based system that watches your wrap station. The camera automatically detects every pallet that enters the frame. It dimensions the load, captures video and photographs from every angle, and measures wrap tension, film application, and load integrity. Every pallet gets a Load Health Score and a complete Load Health Record before it leaves the wrapper. Every record is stored in your portal, accessible anytime.

LIVE DETECTION FROM A CUSTOMER DOCK
WHAT YOU GET
This is your chance to try it, risk-free.
No contract or long-term commitment. No cost during the 30-day pilot.
One complete PalletVision system.
Self-install kit included. Mounts near your wrap station and takes up no floor space. Installs in under an hour with minimal IT and no change to how your team wraps.
Full use of the wrap-point intelligence layer.
Every pallet. Every wrap. Every shift. All pallets detected, dimensioned, and scored automatically. The patented software captures wrap tension, film application, and load integrity at the moment of wrap, then turns it all into a single Load Health Score before the pallet leaves the dock.
Portal access and weekly reports.
Live dashboards, searchable Load Health Records, and every pallet you've wrapped. All in your portal, accessible anytime. Plus four weekly reports delivered to your inbox: flagged loads, before-and-after galleries, and the film savings logged across the week.
Your projected annual recovery based on your facility's real data.
At the end of the pilot, a one-page financial picture built from your actual volume. Recovered labor. Reduced film cost. Defended claims. Bring it to your CFO.
THE RIGHT FIT
The ideal pilot program candidate.
We keep the cohort small so every facility gets real attention. Here's what makes a strong pilot candidate.
You wrap and ship at least 750 pallets a month.
Enough volume from your wrap station in 30 days for the pattern in your data to surface.
You have a wrap station we can work with.
An automatic or semi-automatic turntable stretch wrapper you already own. The whole system is small, a 4-inch camera and a 10-inch unit. It mounts on a wall, post, or fixture near your wrap station. Any wrapper brand works.
You have someone to run the system.
A point of contact on your dock floor who'll keep an eye on the dashboard and engage with the data we surface.
APPLY
Apply for the pilot program.
A few questions about your dock so we can confirm fit before shipping hardware your way. Takes about 90 seconds. All fields are required unless otherwise noted.
PILOT QUESTIONS
Before you apply.
What does it cost if I continue the service after 30 days?
Less than you’re probably losing to denied claims, manual documentation, and over-wrapping right now. Here’s a number you already know: it costs less than renting a single warehouse forklift for the month. And unlike that forklift, it never takes a break, never misses a load, and runs every shift whether anyone is watching or not. The 30 days of data from your dock will show you exactly what it’s worth on your floor.
Pricing is never more than $2,995 per unit for hardware and $595 per month per unit for software, and most facilities pay less. Month-to-month and annual options are both available, and bulk and enterprise pricing are available for multiple wrap stations or facilities. We’ll walk through the options that fit your operation before your pilot ends.
What does the contract look like if I decide to continue the service?
Month-to-month, no annual commitment, no balloon payment. You can buy the hardware outright or stay on a rental agreement, and either way you get the rate we usually reserve for a 12-month commitment, with none of the lock-in. If you decide not to continue, you return the hardware and we part ways.
Will this work with my wrapper or wrap station?
If you have a turntable wrapper, yes. Brand doesn't matter. The camera mounts on a wall, post, or fixture near the wrapper and runs independently. If your wrap station uses a rotary arm, orbital, or ring wrapper, this pilot isn't the right fit yet, but tell us in your application and we'll let you know when it is.
Is it easy to install?
Yes. The kit ships with step-by-step instructions and most facilities are up and running in under an hour. If you get stuck, you have a direct line to our support team for questions or issues at any point during install.
Can I use it on more than one wrapper during the pilot?
No. The pilot covers one wrap station. That's enough to show you what the data looks like and what kind of return to expect. If you want to roll it out to additional wrappers after the pilot, we'll talk through that when you decide to keep it.
What if I want to add more wrappers later?
We think you will. That conversation happens at day 30 when you decide whether to keep the pilot unit. Adding wrappers is straightforward once we have your facility set up.
How do I return it if I decide not to keep it?
We send you a return kit and cover the shipping. You pack the unit, drop it off, and you're done. The card on file is only there in case the unit isn't returned within the return window.
Who owns the data from my pilot, and is it secure?
You own your data. We retain a copy that's covered by our standard contract terms, which we share before the pilot starts so there are no surprises. All data is encrypted and stored on infrastructure that meets the security standards your auditors would expect.
